We make the shipping within 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving a confirmed order.
The order deliveries will be fulfilled through courier services or through India Post.
In case of non delivery at the address provided to us, the product shall be returned to us.
We currently ship only within India. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to know more about the shipping of international orders.
We will accept returns of products in case of delivery of an incorrect or damaged product only. We will deliver the correct product within 14 business days of receiving the Order.
Delivery of any incorrect product or any shortages or damage in the delivered products should be intimated to Us immediately, on the day of delivery, through our customer service at email@example.com or at 91-9400234982. Any such intimation raised after the date of delivery will not be accepted for processing refunds. Body Tree shall not be responsible for damage to the products after delivery.
For us to accept the return, the products to be returned MUST BE in an unopened and saleable condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
You must return the incorrect product to Us within 14 days from the date of delivery, and a refund will be processed, as per the Refund Policy mentioned herein below.

Orders once placed form a binding contract and cannot be cancelled.
In the improbable event of any error in the price indicated or product description on the SITE or a product becoming unavailable after receipt of an order, we reserve the right to cancel an order. We will intimate You within 2 business days in case of any such cancellations.
Refunds shall be processed within 14 business days from the date of receiving the returned product in accordance with the conditions mentioned herein, for product returns; and 14 business days from the date of cancellation of an Order, for order cancellations.
Refunds shall be processed through funds transfer to your designated bank account, the details of which are to be provided while placing the request for refund.

Shipping/ postage charges shall be refunded only in cases of delivery of an incorrect product.
We will not process any refunds where:
a) you do not meet the conditions of return mentioned herein; or
b) the courier/ postal service was unable to make delivery; or
c) the consignee has rejects the delivery; or
d) user provides an incorrect delivery address
